Value Propositions
Service providers today are faced with a set of tough challenges - growing
revenues, reducing churn, and attracting new customers while trying to limit
capital expenditures and reduce operational costs. IP telephony is the
solution that can help service providers to achieve these competition
objectives.
In the past, carriers have been limited to offering single services,
such as just local voice, or only long distance, or only Internet access.
Blujay Networks solutions enable telephony features to be delivered over
an IP network, facilitating delivery of bundled services that bring more
revenue per user - since the IP telephony provider is typically bundling
local, long distance, and internet access.
With InterConnect VoIP Service Activation Platform, the service
provider can offer IP telephony as the phone services, but over the
broadband network, enabled either by ADSL, T1, wi-fi, VPN and other access
technologies. The service provider can address to markets that they either
don't own the last mile or want to bring additional services to the
existing data pipes.
